Regular glasgow classes

We have weekly classes at the following locations available for you to drop in to.

Remember to wear some loose clothing as we do some light stretching exercises to begin with before moving onto practical training.

The Thursday evening class at Tollcross Leisure Centre will also be off for the time being, we are arranging an alternative evening for the class and will keep you updated on the new time as soon as we have it confirmed.
